Lots in the Oakwood Estates subdivision have been selling fast. This summer Meyer Brant Custom Homes has sold most of the lots in Unit 18 of Oakwood Estates. Meyer Brant owns all the remaining lots in the unit and there are only eight lots still available. Oakwood Estates is located off Loop 337. To get to the subdivision turn on to Oakwood Blvd. from Loop 337. Then take a left onto Acorn Drive and the new unit is at the end of Acorn Drive. There are very few lots available and for sale at this time inside Loop 337. Oakwood Estates is the ideal location for all ages since it is close to schools, shopping, hospitals and Landa Park.
Our website has a downloadable plat of the lots in Oakwood. The lots are all about 1/3 – 1/4 of an acre and they have underground utilities, city water, city sewer and gas. There are mature oaks on many of the lots and the neighborhood is very quite and private with very little traffic.
There will be one last and final unit of Oakwood Estates coming for sale in about a year.
