Meyer Brant Custom Homes built our dream home. They took the time and listened to everything we wanted and came up with the perfect floor plan to incorporate all of our wants and needs. We were living out of town during the whole building process and they made everything so easy for us. We never thought building a home could go so smoothly. We are so excited to be living in our new home that exceeds all our expectations. Kyle, Meredith, Greg and Jacque made the whole process and enjoyable experience. This is the second home we had Meyer Brant build for us, which should say something in and of itself. We have challenged them in both builds by requesting unique designs and concepts and they came through both times. Meredith gave us exactly what we were looking for in the architecture and Kyle made sure it was built right. Kyle is also a wizard at wood work as he built all our custom wood shelving, barn doors and ceilings. Yes. Wood ceilings. They hire excellent subs, the key to any good builder, and they pay attention to the work being done. When there was an aesthetic issue with the tiling in one of the guest baths they required the sub to tear out the work and retile the bath. Even when we had disagreements regarding the process and some usually minor issue, which you always have during any build, they solved those disagreements to our satisfaction. They will be the first people I call if I ever build again.
