We have nothing but rave reviews for Greg, Jacque, Kyle and Meredith!!! When we purchased our lot from them, they went way out of their way to work with us. Even though they had very busy schedules, they took as much time as we needed to ask them about the lot and were always so very helpful. Moving from Southern California, and not being too familiar with Texas, Greg told us all about what was good and what was not so good as far as the trees on our lot, where the sun would rise, that we would have a terrific breeze, etc., etc.
Building a home can be quite over whelming just in itself, then to build one from out-of-state, can be actually frightening! Having lived in our home in Southern California for 25 years and never built a home before, it was all a bit much for us. However; Meredith held our hand and had the patience of a saint working with us. She went so far out of her way to send us samples, give us ideas and never once made us feel like we were bothering her.
Because of the help from the Meyers/Brants we have a beautiful home that we are extremely happy with and very proud of. Kyle has been very helpful with any of the little things that we discovered needed attention after we moved in, in fact, he told us to make a list of anything we found that needed attention, but to give ourselves some time to get settled in. We received and continue to receive excellent attention to our needs and are always made to feel like their number one customer.

When we decided to build our home, we felt that the best method for us was to use a Design-Build Contractor. After interviewing several quality contractors in the New Braunfels area, we decided that Meyer Brant provided us with the best option of using one contractor to do the design and construction of our home. Meyer Brant proved to be a great experience for us. The design process was challenging at times, but Meyer Brant provided a great working relationship that enabled us to come away with a design that we were excited about and anxious to go directly into construction. The construction phase went off without a hitch and we are extremely pleased with the finished product.
